【盐城区城管殴打千万富翁】今天中午，江苏省盐城市盐都区市民殷先生接受法晚记者采访时介绍说，4月16日上午10时许，他开车行经世纪大道与神州路东南角时，看到多名城管队员和协管正在一个大型广告牌前，和两人发生争执，“几个队员将两人摁倒在地殴打，我看到之后赶紧拿出手机拍照。”殷先生说，他刚拍了几张照片，就被城管队员发现，“对方几个人直接围了过来，有城管，也有协管，对我进行群殴。我赶紧把手机递给对方，他们将里面的照片删除。”
